I had Mexican residents, in one of my apartments, that brought me a plate of their dinner. After they moved out, I wished I had not eaten the food - but, it was delicious!

RE: How do you protect your kitchen knives?
I keep mine in the wooden block they came in and simply store under the sink while traveling. I just purchased an Ulu knife, so must find a storage place for it.

In March, I noticed that my right eyesight was not as clear, colors not as vivid. I scheduled an appointment and the doctor said I have LOT'S of floaters in that eye. I rarely see them. He said I have 20/15 vision, though.

Beginning in April, we drove from Georgia to California, then North to Canada and Alaska. We haven't made it home, yet! In 2009, we will travel the East coast, visiting the Maritime Provinces.

We find it very inconvenient to pull into a cg for only one night, therefore we pull in at WM, spend our money and stay the night. We DO extend our bedroom slide. If we cannot stay at one WM, we move on to the next.

We are in a caravan with a couple who use the cg shower's. They say they have never used the shower in their 5er. Strange, but it's their option.

Yes I agree times are tough and that is when tough people should kick it in gear. There are far to many people who want to blame someone for the problems. For those that want to blame the USA just look around other countries are in worse condition than us.
